When a foreigner wishes to obtain a residence permit in Morocco for a duration

In public higher education institutions, French is the primary language of instruction. New
students who do not master French must undergo a year of French language upgrading. At the
end of this year, students who pass the written and oral exams are directed to available training
programs, respecting the required conditions and depending on available educational places.

- Any change in program, level of study, institution, or city without prior approval from the AMCI results in the definitive cessation of the scholarship.
- Normally, students are required to re-register at the end of each academic year.
- Foreign students regularly enrolled in public higher education and professional training institutions may request a change of institution, major, or city for the following year.
- Students enrolled in university institutions (faculties, ENCG, ENSA, ENSAM, EST, translation schools) wishing to transfer to another university must carefully fill out the transfer application form, available from the relevant services within their current institution or university.
- Students who have completed their studies in Morocco must return to their home countries upon completion of the study program for which they were accepted.
- Pursuing postgraduate studies in Morocco is possible for foreign students according to specific conditions.
