     ONOUSC contributes to Compulsory Student Health Insurance (AMOE) by managing, in partnership with the CNOPS (Paying Body), the relationship with students and their establishment in terms of registration, establishment of lists of beneficiaries and receipt of care sheets. ONOUSC will play the role of sole contact for CNOPS in its relationship with students and higher education establishments.

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

     To benefit from this compulsory basic student health insurance plan, the student must meet the following conditions:
  • Be regularly registered in one of the higher education establishments established by order of the Minister of Health No. 3129-15;
  • Be aged at most 30 (with the exception of traditional education students);
  • Not be a beneficiary, as an insured person or as a beneficiary of an insured person, of other medical coverage whatever its nature.

Endurance rate:

  • For hospitalization in the public sector: 100%
  • Hospitalization in the private sector: 90%
  • Blood filtration course: 100%
  • Cancer treatment courses: 100%
  • Laser course and retinal analysis: 80%

     In Morocco, in the event of an emergency requiring hospitalization and if you are unable to go to a hospital center on your own, you must call the single, free national emergency medical number 141 ( in all major cities in Morocco) or the fire department by dialing 150.
